Drama As Union Official Hangs On Moving Keke Napep Over Rider’s Refusal To Pay N50 (Video)

A video has surfaced online showing the moment a union official was seen hanging on a tricycle (Keke Napep) which was in motion.

It was gathered that the man is an official of the union that collects park fees from keke riders. He had requested for the usual money but the keke rider in the video refused and drove away with his passengers.

Just as he was driving out, the man hung unto the front part of the keke and refused to let go even as the tricycle was moving at high speed.

The passengers and keke riders could be heard telling the union official that he would not get any money.
