Please Help Me! After Sleeping With a Customer Because of My Wife's Behaviour, I Feel Like I'm Losing My Mind

 

 

Dear Readers,

 

I am married with two kids. Out of love each time my wife put to bed, I go to the market myself to buy things for the family because my family members don't visit because of their troubles and quarrels.

 

My wife is not giving me attention as expected. I have tried to make her understand but she is not taking it serious.

 

A lady I use to buy baby items from at the market who is my regular customer started being so friendly. she is also married. We became tight friends and before we could understand ourselves , we are already lovers that the relationship has eaten us up so much.

 

I seem to be thinking about this same woman more than my wife. We have slept together countlessly and so fond of one another. So one day, this woman called me on the phone and told me it's over without a reason. I find it hard to accept but I had to let her go.

 

The issue is now with me. I can hardly connect with my wife now. I can't seem to be present when she is talking to me. I look so lost in thought. I feel am losing my mind. What can I do? She is 35 years and I am 38 years.
