A jealous lady has left a keen and serious warning behind for her boyfriend in order to deter him from cheating on her.

The controversial warning message

A twitter user @blabyjaelz has been trending on Twitter all day after he shared the hilarious but real and scary picture above that his girlfriend left him on the freezer.

The unnamed lover used two apples and a banana to create an image of his private part as shown above with a knife hanging on the banana as a warning of her intention if he dare cheats.
