A lady took to Twitter to state that women should take their shower and change their inner wear at least four time daily.

The lady identified with the Twitter handle@ugochifine asserted that ladies should take their bath four times a day.

According to the Twitter user, hygiene is the number one thing in every woman’s life and so they should take it seriously by showering and changing their undies four times daily.

She Wrote:

“As a woman, period or no period, you should shower at least 4times/day and change your undies each shower.
