Boko Haram: Cameroon Loses Another Gallant Soldier in the Line of Duty
Posted by George on Mon 15th Feb, 2016 - tori.ngThe ongoing Boko Haram insurgency war has claimed the life of another dedicated Cameroonian soldier who died as a result of the effects of an explosion.
Late Lt.Col. Beltus Kwene
39 year old Lt.Col. Beltus Kwene was among 12 Cameroonian soldiers whose vehicle hit a mine in Tumbum-Kare, Cameroon yesterday February 14th.
He died from injuries sustained after the mine attack. He was married with six children.
He once declared: "We will defend Cameroon with the last drop of our blood".

Last week another top military official named Yari Emmanuel was also killed by the insurgents.
