A video has captured the moment a man returned his daughter’s bride price to his son-in-law while issuing him a warning on their wedding day.

The Nigerian father brought the bride price with him to the wedding venue.

He took only N1000 from the dowry and returned the rest of the money.

He told the groom to use the remaining money to care for his daughter so she doesn’t go hungry.

The father further warned that if the groom does not treat his daughter right, he would storm his house to take her back.
