Residents Scoop Fuel From Fallen Tanker On Otedola Bridge (Video)

A viral video has captured residents gathered with buckets and bowls to scoop fuel from the roadside after a tanker carrying diesel fell and spilt its contents.

The tanker was travelling along the Otedola Bridge in Lagos when it crashed into a white vehicle and fell to its side.

As the contents of the trailer poured onto the street, residents immediately rushed out with containers to fetch diesel for themselves. Some scooped from the roadside while others climbed the fallen tanker to scoop fuel from it.
