Ooni Ogunwusi made this known in a congratulatory letter to Tinubu made available by his spokesperson, Moses Olafare, on Sunday.

The Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, has sent a congratulatory message to President Bola Tinubu.

According to him, he will continue to pray and offer supplications to the ancestors to ensure a fruitful and beneficial tenure.

This assurance comes in light of the Supreme Court judgement that affirmed President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 presidential election.

Ooni Ogunwusi made this known in a congratulatory letter to Tinubu and made available to DAILY POST by his spokesperson, Moses Olafare, on Sunday.

He also noted that Tinubu’s victory at the apex court indicates that people believe in his ‘Renewed Hope’ initiative.

Ooni Ogunwusi stated, “Dear Asiwaju, this development, which secures the people’s mandate and the nationwide jubilation that greeted it, attests to Nigerians’ love for your personality, belief in the ‘Renewed Hope’ agenda of your administration, and aspiration for a prosperous country, which was communicated via the February 25, 2023 presidential poll.

“For us at the House of Oduduwa, we take pride in your excellent profile of public service, particularly your decades of investment in human development and nation-building, which you exhibited as an ordinary Nigerian, senator of the Federal Republic, Lagos State Governor, and in other leadership capacities that have set you apart as primus interpares.”
