Amid ongoing debates over the tax reform bills, former APC presidential aspirant Adamu Garba has addressed an open letter to Northern governors.
In an apparent move to advise the governors on how to increase their internally generated revenue, Adamu advised the state governors to focus on farms and factories instead of building airports and dry-land bridges.
He said that whether the tax bills are passed or not, they have opened up a pandora box of deficiencies and economic inadequacies in the northern region.
