Shocking Moment Horny Police Officer is Caught Kissing Pretty Woman After He Pulls Her Over for Speeding (Photo+Video)

 

A police officer has landed in real trouble after he was caught kissing an attractive woman so she could be let off a traffic fine. 

 

But, what the officer didn't know was that a curious bystander was watching and recorded everything on the mobile phone. After the incident, the bystander posted a mobile phone video of the passionate embrace and kiss online.

 

The incident happened in Puebla, Mexico and has sparked media outrage. The police are now investigating the matter as the officer risks expulsion.

 

Local governors confirmed last night an investigation was underway.

 

They said in a statement a state department would be heading the probe after the 'broadcast of a video in which a police officer can be seen performing actions unconnected to his statutory functions.'

 

The unnamed person who took the video told a local TV station: 'The woman asked the police officer how they could fix things and he looked at her and said, 'However you want!'

 

Local reports claimed the pair had also arranged to meet up afterwards in a nearby convenience store.

 

The officer, whose patrol car parked feet away still had its lights flashing when the kiss occurred, is already said to have been identified.
