The Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, Moyo Ogunlewe has left tongues wagging on social media after ordering the arrest of man whose Tricycle broke down on the road.
He alleged that rider converted the newly reconstructed road into a mechanic spot.
However, the video doesn't reveal anything of such.
The video shows the Tricycle rider trying to repair his tricycle that broke down on the road against Ogunlewe's claim that he converted the road to a mechanic spot.
Taking to social media, Ogunlewe wrote:
‘’"Lagos is smelling" "Kosofe Roads are substandard" here is a scapegoat.
it was painful to see one of the roads that is being reconstructed turn into a mechanic spot and a dump ground for abandoned vehicles.''
