A young lady has been abducted from her home by gunmen.
The lady identified as Plangdes Nelson Rengkwar was kidnapped from her residence in Dong community, Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that her brother was also kidnapped.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, friends and acquaintances have expressed fear over the safety of the victim, calling on the state governor and security agencies to rescue her.
“The situation in this town is becoming unbearably frightening. Imagine a young lady didn’t even step outside, yet she was abducted right inside what should have been the safety of her own home. If we can’t even feel secure in our comfort zones, then where truly is safe?,” one Evah James Ayizeh, wrote.
"Caleb Mutwangwe, we are pleading for your urgent intervention, especially in communities like Dong where these evil acts are becoming far too frequent. We cannot keep living in fear while innocent lives are threatened daily. These monsters must not be allowed to prevail.
”Plangdes Nelson Rengkwar, may God shield you, protect you from their grip, and by His grace, you will return home safe. Pls help me tag the government and police."
