SP Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, has taken to social media to question why some men insist on preventing their partners from keeping friendships.

In a post shared on X, Adeh said a fighting couple recently visited her office and that the bane of their disagreement was the man being against his wife having any friends.

Adeh in her post wondered why men prevent their wives from having friends. She went on to insinuate that such stance can be traced to their lack of trust, insecurity or fear of external influence.
