The detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, became agitated in court on Thursday during his trial.
Kanu was heard accusing the judge of being biased, stressing that he does not know law.
The IPOB founder lost his cool, shouted at the judge, saying “show me the law. Where’s the law?”
Following Kanu’s repeated shouts that the trial judge must show him where it was written in law that he was not entitled to file a written address in the case, the court temporarily halted proceedings to allow security operatives to take him out of the room.
He was subsequently escorted out of the courtroom by security operatives.
