Faces Of Four ISWAP Informants Who Were Nabbed By Army Troops In Adamawa

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have apprehended four suspected ISWAP informants during clearance operations in Hong Local Government Area, Adamawa State.

The arrests were carried out at about 6:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025 in Garaha and Kakara general areas of Hong LGA. 

The suspects were apprehended by troops in conjunction with local hunters, following a tip-off. 

Those arrested were identified as Chollu Alhaji, Malam Bako Abubakar, Naftali Gabriel and Madaiba Joseph. 

According to the security analyst, Zagazola Makama, the suspects are alleged to have provided intelligence that was instrumental to a successful terrorist attack carried out in Dubang village of Hong LGA on December 29, leading to the d3ath of several residents. 

Sources added that the suspects were currently in the custody of the Theatre Prosecution Section and were undergoing investigation.
