Popular Nigerian social media figure, Linus Williams, better known as Blord, has opened up about his time at the Kuje Correctional Centre, painting a surprisingly pleasant picture of certain parts of the facility.
In a recent interview circulated online, Blord revealed that he received VIP treatment during his stay, comparing the atmosphere within the correctional centre to the special sections found at a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp.
He disclosed that the facility has exclusive areas set aside for high-profile individuals, and that was where he was housed.
He described his section as well-equipped with home appliances and various amenities, likening the overall experience to a vacation. According to him, he had a personal chef, enjoyed regular meals, and had little to worry about during his time there.
Blord also took a swipe at fellow social media personality Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), with whom he has had a public feud, suggesting that his own experience at the facility was far more comfortable than that of VDM.
He further recounted how fellow inmates gave him a warm reception, engaging him in football matches and organising games in his honour, making his stay at the correctional centre appear more like a leisure retreat than a period of detention.
