An angry snake has taught a woman a lesson not to forget in a hurry after she tried to pet and pat it.

A woman was given the shock of her life after a snake attacked her as she tried to pet it. The incident happened in Alabama.

The video shared by Dailymail shows the moment of encounter between the woman and the snake. As she continued to get closer to the snake, she determined to touch it, but the snake won't have it so it retaliated by striking the woman causing her to scream and drop the phone.
