Horror! See the Shocking Moment a Young Lady Was Swept Off the Road in Terrifying Accident (Video)

 

A really mind-boggling video, making the rounds on the internet, has shown a teen girl being swept off by a white van driver as she crosses the road.

 

According to The Sun UK, the  girl, a 15-year-old, was on her way to school on a rainy morning in Whitechurch, Bristol, when she was struck down by the vehicle.

 

However, she got up and walked away with just minor injuries.

 

The man who allegedly knocked her down, a 22-year-old from Yate, Bristol, has appeared in court charged with dangerous driving, driving without a license and insurance, and failing to stop.

 

The girl, who asked not to be named, was halfway across a road when the driver turned right and ploughed into her at roughly 7.30pm last Friday.

 

 

Shocking CCTV footage shows the schoolgirl being thrown into the air and rolling over the bonnet before falling to the ground.

 

According to an eyewitness the driver “briefly stopped and pulled the screaming and crying girl to the pavement, before getting back into his van and driving off.”

 

The driver was arrested after another onlooker took a photo of his van and dialled 999.

 

The teenager escaped with minor cuts and bruises in the early morning collision.
