A female INEC official was caught on video thumb printing ballot papers in the last Governorship/State House of Assembly election. The incident was reported to have happend in Aniocha North, Onicha Olona, Ward4, in Delta State. The Returning Officer alleged to have collected money to manipulate the election in favour of a House of Assembly contestant in the state. View the video below:
