The $45 million Holmby Hills palace was owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt, before it was sold to a British billionaire last year for $45 million.
However, the new owner who is hardly ever in L.A. recently decided to put it on the market for lease for around $150k a month.
Music power couple Beyonce & Jay Z reportedly signed a 1-year lease for the home.
