Shocking! Man in Enugu Beats Wife to Death

 

A man in Enugu is on the run after pummeling his wife to death. Charles Oyibo took matters into his hands on that fateful day and battered his wife do death because of a disagreement.

 

The incident happened at Aku, in Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area of Enugu State.

 

It was gathered that the woman fell unconscious after the beating and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where she gave up the ghost.

 

On realizing that the wife has been confirmed dead, the man took to his heels and disappeared.

 

The spokesman for the Enugu State Police Command, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, who confirmed the development, said preliminary investigations revealed that the husband, Charles, was in the habit of beating his wife.

 

Amaraizu said the police had started hunting for Charles. He said the wicked man will be made to face the full weight of the law for murdering his wife.
