The young Hollywood star had a terrifying red carpet moment when she tripped on her dress and fell over on the red carpet.

Jennifer Lawrence, who was walking up the stairs on the red carpet at the Madrid premiere of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 on Tuesday got a heel caught in her gown causing her to trip up.

She came close to digging her face into the floor, but luckily she was help up by the team of people around her.
