Different Shades Of Meghan Markle
The Duchess of Sussex has climbed the ranks of the Lyst Index to be named as this year's most influential dresser, replacing make-up mogul Kylie Jenner.
The annual fashion report which analyses data collected throughout the year to reveal the biggest trends, revealed that Meghan, 38, has sparked a 216 per cent increase in searches for similar items to those that she has worn.
The mother-of-one who was ranked third last year, has climbed ahead of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to take the top spot. Kylie ranked as seventh this year meanwhile Kim Kardashian joined Meghan's sister-in-law Kate, in failing to make the top ten.
Global fashion search platform Lyst collated data including sales, page views, global media coverage and social media mentions to generate findings on this year's biggest trends - from Meghan's outfits worn across Africa to Lizzo's MTV VMA style.
Stars of the music industry dominate the list, as the Duchess of Sussex is the only royal to feature in the top ten.
