Wicked! Man Ties Donkey to Car, Drags it on Hot Tarred Road as Punishment (Photo)

 

Saudi police arrested a local man who tortured a donkey by tying the animal to his car and dragging him on hot asphalted road for a long distance. The man left the donkey nearly dead as all its body was nearly skinned.

 

The donkey’s owner reported the incident to the police, saying he found his donkey lying on the road with most of its body scalded.

 

Sabq newspaper quoted a police spokesman as saying the driver had been arrested in the Southern town of Baha and that he would be prosecuted in line with new laws guaranteeing animal protection.
