A former senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, Shehu Sani has reacted to the murder of 50 persons in Kaduna.

Former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial district, Shehu Sani has condemned the massacre of over 50 people by bandits in Kerawa and Igabi Local Government Areas of Kaduna State over the weekend.
Shehu Sani who called on leaders in the Northern region of the country to wake up, stated that the masses voted for "government" and not "gallows".
He tweeted:
"The Killings of over 50 innocent people in Kerawa,Igabi Lg stands condemned.My thoughts,prayers and condolences to the families of the victims.The people voted for a Government and not Gallows.The north must wake up, Buckle up and end this current of tragedies."
