Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic which has claimed the lives of over 165,000 and locked down most cities, ‘Rich Kids of Instagram‘ are still flaunting their wealth on social media.

Many might have thought that the flaunting of luxury cars, and private jets would be put to a halt during the pandemic, but that is not the case.

Those who splash cash seems to not be deterred.

“LV [Louis Vuitton] will protect me from Coronavirus right?” one man captioned a photo and video showing him cruising the streets of France in his convertible, glad in designer gear.

Other Instagram Rich Kids have shared their versions of ‘self-isolation’ from onboard their luxury yachts or inside their mansions, complete with champagne.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the Rich Kids of Instagram have been swigging champers on yachts and travelling by plane and those in isolation are even living life to the full.

While a larger percent of the world are scrambling for essentials, these loaded ‘kids’ are still buying themselves new cars, and showing off their rides.

And despite the fact that most travel, both internationally and domestically, is mostly cancelled, it seems these ‘Rich Kids’ are still heading out in their private jets, although some claim the trips are for work purposes.

A host of celebrities have been called out already for complaining about life in quarantine, despite living in sprawling mansions.

Just last week, Ellen DeGeneres was criticised after comparing quarantine in her multimillion-dollar mansion to “being in jail”.
