73-year-old Man Masturbates Sitting Naked in Front of Window to the View of Horrified Girls (Photo)

 

An elderly man has surprised himself after he was arrested on a charge of lewd or lascivious exhibition for allegedly pleasuring himself while standing at his window in the presence of young girls, police in Florida said.

 

73-year-old Kenneth Charles Jacobs was accused of exposing his private parts to two young girls, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says. Police investigation revealed that the incident happened at an apartment complex located on U.S Highway 98 on Thursday.

 

Police officers who arrived at the scene, knocked on the suspect’s door and found Jacobs wearing nothing but a shirt. Jacobs surprised officers by telling them that he could not remember what his hands were doing, and added that he prefers young girls between the ages of 8 and 16.

 

Jacobs was arrested and kept in police custody.
