Eleri Edwards
A teacher who posed as a 13-year-old girl and lied to ChildLine that a school principal had raped her in an attempt to rubbish his name has lost her license, police reports.
The Maths teacher identified as Eleri Edwards, 32, falsely accused the veteran headteacher Tudur Williams, in a failed attempt which turned against her.
The North Wales Police Service decided not to file charges against 32-year-old Eleri Edwards, despite making at least ten false allegations against principal Tudur Williams.
falsely accused: Tudur Williams
However, the Education Workforce Council suspended Edwards’ license after she blamed her husband for making the false allegations. Police investigation revealed Edwards made the accusations after she was fired from Ysgol Ardudwy school because of incompetence.
Revengeful and full of hatred, Edwards called Childline on 10 separate occasions, claiming that she was a 13-year-old girl in the school and was being sexually assaulted by Williams.
Williams was interviewed by the police, and they determined the allegations were false. Detectives then traced the IP address of the online complaints and found out it was actually Edwards the fired school teacher who made the false allegation.
She was arrested and released without being prosecuted.
