Pontiac Police in Michigan have arrested two men on a charge of assault after allegedly beating a disabled man and recording the attack before uploading a video of the incident on the victim’s Facebook page.
Nikey Dashone Walker and Shadeed Dontae Bey, both 20 years old are in police net for spitting, beating and stealing from 23-year-old Frankie Santana, who suffers from cerebral palsy that limits his movement.
Santana told investigators that the men probably slipped into his residential apartment complex and ambushed him for his phone.

Police investigation revealed that this happened in the staircase of the Phoenix Place apartment complex while the beating was recorded with the victim’s phone, and the video was posted on Santana’s Facebook page.
It was revealed that the victim who suffered serious injury had to crawl down the hall and knocked on someone's door to ask for help.
One of the two suspects, even showed his face in the video before posting it on the victim’s Facebook page. The video helped police track down and arrest the two suspects.
Both suspects were charged with home invasion, unarmed robbery and aggravated assault. They were booked into jail, and bail was set at $25,000 each.

"a group of permanent disorders of the development of movement and posture, causing activity limitation, that are attributed to non-progressive disturbances that occurred in the developing fetal or infant brain."
