The scene of the arrest
Operatives of the Departement of State Services (DSS) were seen this morning at Awolowo Way Ikoyi seizing up black market sellers.
The DSS officials forcefully arrested the fuel black market sellers on the road and allegely beat up one of them that resisted arrest.
An eyewitness said one of the dealers was beaten badly and and his clothes were torn.
