Members of the Benue State Internal Revenue Task Force have been dealt with mercilessly by hoodlums.

One of the victims of the incident

Suspected hoodlums have left members of the Benue State Internal Revenue Task Force nursing serious wounds after being attacked.

It was gathered that the incident happened on Thursday, October 22, at Uturu village along Aliade-Otukpo road in Gwer East LGC of the state when the BIRS task force team led by one Zurum Abah were on duty to clear and dismantle illegal checking points.
