Kogi University Staff Spotted Shaving Male Students Hair With Scissors

There was outrage at the Kogi state university as a staff of the institution went around in a car and forcefully shaved hair of male students with scissors.

In a video circulating online, the staff could be seen in a car which he drove around campus, cutting male student’s hair with scissors.

He could be seen calling young men and stopping to cut off part of their hairs.
