Bandits Abduct Emir Of Bungudu Along Abuja-Kaduna Highway

A first-class ruler of Bungundu emirate in Zamfara State, HRH Hassan Attahiru has been abducted by bandits.

The monarch was abducted while travelling along Abuja Kaduna highway on Tuesday, September 13.

It was gathered that the gunmen opened fire on his convoy and successfully demobilized some of the vehicles.

A police personnel was said to have been killed during exchange of fire with the bandits.
