Watch the Shocking Moment Man in Beach Drags Shark Out of Sea to Take Selfie (Photo+Video)

A beachgoer has surprised himself and many others after he dragged a shark out of the sea to take a selfie with it. The moment captured on camera has created controversy on social media.
The shocking moment was captured by WPTV journalist Ashleigh Walters showing the unidentified male in the act. The video shows a man pulling the shark by the tail after it was caught by a hook. The man then dragged it out of the water as the shark tried to attack him.
In the video, which Walters uploaded to Facebook, the man can be seen holding down the shark after he successfully drags it onto the sand as he calmly took selfie.
The animal was put back in the sea, but “did not resurface for several minutes”, according to Walters.
The incident occurred on Palm Beach in Florida.
