Teacher in Trouble for Having Sex With 14-year-old Student (Photo)

A teacher has been made to pay for his actions after he was discovered to have involved in a sexual affair with his teenage student.

A drama teacher, Andrew Victor Wilson, who smeared a chocolate spread, Nutella, over the n*ked body of an infatuated 14-year-old has been jailed for 20 months, Mirror Online reports.

Prosecutors said Wilson even had the youngster pulled out of a science lesson so they could enjoy a romp at a friend's house. He made sure that the girl was returned to the Rossendale school so she could catch the bus home and her parents remained unaware.

At the Burnley Crown Court, where he was arraigned, the prosecutor recounted that the pair smeared Nutella on each other's n*ked bodies then licked off the chocolate spread.

Prosecutor Emma Kehoe said that the pair spent much of the day naked in each other's company, as they moved around the house.

Ms Kehoe said: "The two of them had Nutella and licked it from their naked bodies.

"Mr Willson was very keen that she got home to catch the school bus though because her parents knew nothing of what was going on."

He even befriended the girl's parents over a mutual love of Leeds United FC. Willson, then a teacher at Fearns High School, Bacup, Lancashire, even kissed and groped the girl after her family had visited him and his wife at their new home in the south, while attending a Leeds game.

Ms Kehoe said that the pair then had full consensual s*x for the first time - which had not resulted in a charge.

Willson, 48, now of Church Hall, Hollowell, Northampton, pleaded guilty to five offences of indecent assault from the mid-90s, when his victim was aged 14 or 15 and a pupil at the Staksteads school.

Ms Kehoe said when Willson arrived at Fearns he was a 'trendy, young teacher' who was popular with a number of students at but especially the girls.

The victim, who met Willson while she was in Year Eight, shone at drama and was soon cast in lead roles plays by the drama teacher. This involved her spending a lot of time in his company both inside and away from school.

Willson's first indecent assault on the girl occurred in his office at Fearns, when he kissed her and rubbed her over her clothing.

Jailing him, Judge Jonathan Gibson said he had given consideration as to whether the sentence could be suspended.

He added: "It seems to me, given the pupil-teacher relationship, that simply cannot be."
