BREAKING: Court Stops Ayu From Parading Himself As PDP Chairman

 

Dr Iyorchia Ayu has been ordered to stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

 

A High Court in Makurdi, Benue State issued the interim injunction restraining Ayu on Monday, according to TheNation.

 

The presiding judge, Justice W.I. Kpochi gave the interim order on Monday in suit No. MHC/85/2023 filed at the court by Engr Conrad Terhide Utaan with Ayu and the PDP as defendants.

 

The case has been adjourned until April 17 for further hearing.
