Douglas Joseph, 30, was a native of the community and a father of three.
An eye witness who narrated the incident to DailyPost said: “He said he was coming from Opolo community to Kpansia which was supposed to be N100, but the Keke rider insisted on collecting N150.
“As we were separating them, we saw the Keke rider bring out a dagger. We thought it was just to scare the youth. But he stabbed him on his lap and the young man fell to the ground. People prevented the Keke rider from running away. Unfortunately, his wounded victim died.
