Woman Strangles Boyfriend After Wondering What it Feels Like to Kill (Photo)

 

A woman strangled her boyfriend in their car because she was curious about how it would feel like to kill someone. The woman identified as Lindsay Haugen, 32, also told police her 25-year-old victim Robert Mast wanted to die.

 

According to reports, the duo were traveling from Olympia to North Dakota when they stopped in Billings, Montana, on September 15 last year. Haugen then got behind her boyfriend, put her arm around his neck to choke him and held his mouth and nose shut until he died.

 

She revealed they might have been intoxicated because they've been drinking wine. Police found the couple outside near a Dominos.

 

Mr Mast was unresponsive, with Haugen later claiming she had tried CPR on him for half an hour before they had arrived. She had a decade of military experience which could have made it possible for her to easily kill him.

 

She pleaded guilty to murder on Monday at Yellowstone County District Court and is expected to serve 65 years after making a plea agreement.
