Lagos Arrests 110 On Train Track (Photos)

110 persons have been arrested by the Environmental Taskforce team headed by CSP Shola Jejeloye.

They were arrested during a cleanup operation around the Pen Cinema - Iju Fagba.

This was also in the bid to secure the Redline rail track.

Sharing photos from the arrest via his X handle on Thursday, February 22, the commissioner wrote: “In an ongoing operation to clean up and secure the Redline rail track around the Pen Cinema - Iju Fagba corridor as ordered by the Lagos State Governor, Mr #jidesanwoolu, 110 persons were arrested overnight by the Environmental Taskforce team headed by CSP Shola Jejeloye.

"The arrested persons will be charged to court for prosecution.”
