A Nigerian student has sparked reactions as he brings Amala and soup to school over the inability to afford rice due to the hike in the prices of food items in the country.

In the video, the student can be seen seated comfortably as he eats Amala with soup while his classmates watch.

He dipped the Amala into the bowl of soup carefully placed on his leg while some of his friends surrounded him in surprise.
