Ex-BBNaija housemate and model, Emmanuel Umoh has taken to Instagram to pen a note to himself as he turns 27.

The reality TV star shared a video of himself in bed popping balloons with a birthday sound in the background.

In the note he wrote to himself, Emmanuel encouraged himself to love him a bit more than yesterday, prioritize his goals, and be grateful and proud of the things he has.

In his words: “Dear me, Love yourself a little bit more than yesterday. Make yourself a priority. Chase your goals. Be grateful for the things you have. Be proud of yourself. You are a sparkling star, you are your own rainbow. Celebrate yourself as always. Here’s to life… we go again 🥂💯”
