A heartless and evil female thief has been caught on camera stealing purse from woman lying dead in the street.

This is the shocking moment CCTV footage appears to show a suspected thief stealing the purse from the body of dead woman.

Police say the purse was taken from a deceased body that was found lying on the pavement in New Market in Wichita, Kansas. The suspect is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 25 years old. 5'5'', 130 pounds with long hair.

The suspect was seen wearing a dark sports jacket with two white stripes down the sleeves.
