Gun Battle:Police Battle Armed Robbers Who Stormed Two Major Banks In Ikorodu This Morning

 

 

According to reports making the rounds, there was a robbery attack at two major banks in Ebute Ikorodu, Lagos State, on the morning of Wednesday, June 24.

 

The robbers were said to have come into the banks in their numbers fully armed.

 

An eyewitness who spoke to Channels Television  said she saw at least four men who were not wearing masks loading money into a Sienna van on the road as the robbery was going on.

 

Although details remain sketchy as at the time of filing in this report, the police have also confirmed it on Twitter asking citizens to stay off the environment.
