Man in Serious Trouble after Dropping His Trousers and Exposing His Manhood to a Girl in Public (Photo)

 

 

Randolph Lill, a 60-year-old man from New London, was arrested Monday on suspicion of having exposed his genitals to a girl in a local restaurant in front of many people.

 

According to Green Bay Press-Gazette, public safety officers were called to the restaurant at 7 p.m. for a report that a man had exposed himself in the restaurant and left.

 

Police located Lill based on witness reports that he had driven away in a black Chevrolet Trailblazer with stickers on the back window and no license plates.

 

The girl at the restaurant told officers Lill was dropped his shorts exposing his his penis and that he had medical bandage on his leg.

 

Restaurant employees told police they believe Lill had exposed himself to other customers in the past. Officials have investigated several other reports of similar activity over the past two years.

 

Lill is scheduled to make an initial appearance Tuesday afternoon in Brown County Circuit Court. Police have requested charges of exposing genitals to a child and violating terms of probation from a 2014 conviction of exposing his genitals to a child in Sauk County.

 

Lill was previously convicted of misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior in Winnebago, Waupaca, Outagamie and Washington counties between 2003 and 2011.
