'She Really Messed Up' – Nigerians Slam Biola Adebayo Over Interview With Actor Baba Ijesha

Nollywood actress and podcaster Biola Adebayo has faced strong criticism from many Nigerians over her recent interview with convicted Yoruba actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha.

In the video making the rounds online, Baba Ijesha maintained that the incident that led to his conviction was a setup, stressing that parts of it were linked to the preparation for a movie.

Baba Ijesha also revisited his relationship with his colleague, Iyabo Ojo, stating that the movie star once entrusted him with the care of her children, Festus and Priscilla, during their childhood.

However, Iyabo Ojo has disputed the claim, warning Baba Ijesha against involving her children in his narrative and threatening legal action if he continues to mention them.

Many Nigerians have frowned at Biola’s action, accusing her of giving Baba Ijesha a platform to downplay his conviction for s*xual offences involving a minor.
