Primate Ayodele Warns Tinubu of Possible Betrayal Ahead of 2027 Election

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned President Tinubu that some people close to him plan to betray him weeks before the election.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the prophet said many of those around the president do not wish him well and are only waiting for a chance to turn on him.

He said most of the people at the APC presidential campaign council inauguration were there for fun and celebrated with bitterness in their hearts.

He added that much of what they said was not genuine, and urged Tinubu to identify who truly wants him to succeed before the election.

Ayodele also said that politicians defecting to the APC would weigh down Tinubu's re-election bid rather than strengthen it.

He warned that people around the president may try to keep him from seeing the truth and push good people away to serve their own interests.

He said that if Tinubu does not act decisively, he may discover the true loyalties of those around him two weeks before the election.

He also said there is much work to do in the North, where he believes the campaign team has yet to make progress.
