Reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, has denied speculations that she is using fillers and botox even while she is pregnant.

A recent report by InTouch magazine claims the mother of one never misses on getting her "botox fillers every three months" in a bid to maintain her "signature look".

According to the magazine's insider, Kim sees a healthy child when she looks at North, "So why would she worry that getting it done during pregnancy hurts anyone?"

Botox is a drug made from a toxin that Doctors use in small doses to treat health problems, including temporary smoothing of facial wrinkles and improving one's appearance.

However, Kim, who is always conscious of her looks and body, took to her Instagram page on Friday to shutdown the rumours.
