Man in Hot Waters After Being Caught Making S*x Video With 1-year-old Girl

 

Tristan M. Mayes, a man from Clifton Springs, Australia has been arrested and charged to court.

 

The man who already has been previously charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child is now facing a new charge accusing him of making a video of himself having s*xual contact with an infant.

 

According to Daily Messenger, state troopers charged Tristan M. Mayes, 31, with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, a class D felony.

 

Troopers said he created the video with a 1-year-old girl between March 2015 and June 2016.

 

The charge carries with it a potential life sentence if he is convicted.

 

He is slated to reappear in court at noon Friday.
