The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has granted bail to the former Special Adviser to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on Media, Dr. Reuben Abati.
As part of his bail conditions, Abati will drop his international passport and produce a surety of not below Level 16 in the civil service according to the Punch.
The former presidential spokesman was
arrested last Monday on allegations that he received N50m from the embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
Mr. Abati is yet to release a press statement concerning his ordeal with the EFCC.
