Why I Didn't Attend The 2015 MAMA's Award - Sound Sultan

Veteran Nigerian singer, Sound Sultan has revealed why he was a no-show at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2015, which held last weekend at the Durban International Convention Centre, KwaZulu Natal Province in South Africa.

According to the 'Obalola' singer, the reason why he didn't attend the event was because he had no role to play at the award show.

"Dem no nominate me, I no dey perform or present award", he revealed.

Sound Sultan also said making money is more important than attending award shows.

While responding to a fan's question if it was proper to tackle issues with the organizers of the awards, the Naija Ninja artist said: "No need we no dey fight. na to get alert matter".
